Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for the total operation and profitability of the Origins Retail Store. Daily duties include generating sales, building customer relationships, and performing outstanding customer service.The Store Manager will recruit, train and supervise as well as coach and develop employees.Candidate must have an energetic, motivating demeanor; be detail oriented with exceptional follow-through and possess superior leadership and communication skills. If you have 5 years retail experience (cosmetics preferred), 1-2 years management experience this could be an opportunity for you. College degree preferred.

Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the day-to-day management of an Origins store and achieving personal sales and overall goals. An Assistant Store Manager coaches and motivates staff to achieve sales goals, maintain a cooperative work environment and assists in the development of employees. Candidate must have an energetic, motivating demeanor; be detail oriented with exceptional follow-through and possess superior communication skills.If you have at least 2-3 years of retail experience with 1 year of supervisory experience, this could be an opportunity for you. College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Key-Holder (Full Time or Part-Time)

The Key Holder represents the brand, helping customers select and purchase products and achieving personal sales and overall goals. The Key Holder also supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager by overseeing the sales floor and performs other operational duties including opening and closing procedures. If you’re a high school graduate or equivalent with 1-2 years of prior retail sales and supervisory experience and can work flexible hours, this could be the start of a great career for you.

Guide (Full Time or Part-Time)

The Origins Guide represents the brand, helping customers select and purchase products and achieving personal sales and overall goals. If you’re a high school graduate or equivalent with prior sales and/or service experience and can work flexible hours, this could be the start of a great career for you.
